PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

XIKAR Limited Lifetime Warranty Information

We are proud to offer our limited lifetime warranty on our XIKAR products. If you feel that it fails to live up to our promise of function, form, feel, and fair, simply return it to us & we will cheerfully repair or replace your product. XIKAR reserves the right to repair, or replace at our discretion. Returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent (may be a different color), depending on the age and condition of the return.

Please note that items that are NOT included in the Limited Lifetime Warranty include: Boveda, protective sheaths, humidification units (bars and jars), butane, XIKAR X-Flame coils, shattered/dropped ashtrays, and PG solution. Disassembling any and all products will result in having the Lifetime Warranty voided automatically. Any items that are returned due to sentimental value will no longer be covered under the warranty once a replacement has been issued.

~ Customers sending in returns from outside of the USA are responsible to pay return shipping, when your items have been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative with a return shipping quote. Your items will NOT be shipped to you until this balance has been payed.

~All customers are responsible for the shipping charges to send the defective product to the address posted below. No replacements will be shipped out until your return has been received into our warehouse and logged into the RMA system.

We require that you purchase and keep delivery tracking/confirmation on hand when sending in a product for replacement. XIKAR will provide a tracking number upon completion of your return via email.
