Welcome to the XIKAR RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) website for RETAILER warranty service requests. Please follow the steps below to request warranty service.

- ALL END-USER RETURNS (THOSE THAT ARE NOT RETAILERS) MUST BE PROCESSED ON XIKAR.COM. CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON OUR NEW SITE, CLICK ON THE MANAGE WARRANTY TAB ON YOUR ACCOUNT, AND CLICK "SUBMIT A NEW SERVICE REQUEST".

** Please note that the typical turn-around time for all returns is between 4-6 weeks. If your return has not been logged within 30 days of the request being opened, it will be voided. Replacements will not be shipped until the item has either been received into the system or if a tracking number can be provided showing the packages delivery date/address.

Before requesting service for your lighter, please refer to our online instruction manual to solve any common issues immediately.

To begin, create a XIKAR RMA account. Click "Create an Account" at the top of your screen (located above the logo).
After you create your account, click "Submit a Service Request" and follow the instructions on the form.
- Insert the sku# into the Find bar NOT the Product Code bar to bring up your item in the table below.

You must submit your request completely for it to be approved for service. You will know the RMA has been submitted once you receive your Request ID #.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions including an RMA job number to track your case through completion.
Upon acceptance, you must reenter your account and go to "Check Current Status". Clicking on your RMA # will take you directly to the packing slip and generic shipping label.

~ Retailers sending in returns from outside of the USA are responsible to pay return shipping, when your items have been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative with a return shipping quote. Your items will NOT be shipped to you until this balance has been paid.

IMPORTANT: ALL LIGHTERS BEING SENT BACK FOR RETURN MUST BE DRAINED OF ANY BUTANE .
